Please pray Jake home to Jesus in heaven. He is in a lot of pain and is fighting terribly. Let him go be with his Savior. If You are praying for a miracle, the miracle is that Jesus died on the cross for Jake's sins and that He is waiting for Jake in heaven. Pray for Jake to die easily without a fight. It's time we let him go.

We are praying so very hard that Jake be at peace and out of pain.
And we pray that God keeps his comforting arms around you all.
I can't begin to describe how much of an example and encouragement that you have been to all of us in how you've dealt with Jake's illness.

Carolyn, Jake, you, Johnny and Sarah have been in my prayers over the past year and half. I will contiue to pray for Jake as he will be welcomed by singing angels and Jesus' open arms. We will continue to pray for a peaceful transition for all of you.

thank you for letting Paxton and I come over to visit Jake on Tuesday. I'm glad Jake got to meet and hold Paxton. I will always hold dear to my heart the memory of Paxton smiling up at Jake and the two of them getting to talk to each other. Jake's the closest I have had to a little brother and I love him and your family dearly. I will honor your request and pray for peace for him, you and the whole family.
